Happy Tuesday!

Let’s get to it…this week, we covered 4 things on the blog.  Thanks to my failed attempt at blogging every day for the month of October, I got into the groove of blogging three or four times a week.

That’s waaaaay too many times to record the BlogCast (I was recording 1 episode for each new blog post), so I decided to publish a new episode every Tuesday.  Each Tuesday, I’ll talk about what changed on the blog and in the community that week.

So, here’s what you missed.

If you’ve never worked in a legacy code base but will be soon:

Jumping into a Legacy Code Base. It’s a lot of work, but there are a few things you can do to make it easier. Share this post with someone you know who has recently graduated a boot camp, or college, or is getting ready to start their first engineering job.

If you’re thinking about working remotely from Mexico:

Exploring Mexico City, one of my favorite places in the world. The parks, the people, the culture… I cannot wait to go back.  Tweet me if it’s on your list of places to go.

If you’re currently interviewing for your first job in tech

Interviewing the fantastic Amy Codes about working in tech. She’s the first person in our Women in Tech interview series on YouTube.
